Salt Lake has a new destination for seafood that is now open to the public. Current Fish & Oyster is the latest creation of Mikel Trapp of Trio Dining fame and his collaboration with the LaSalle Restaurant Group brings downtown SLC an outstanding new seafood option.
Mikel is a long-time Aloha customer and chose Aloha because of its ability to work across multiple sites. His managers and servers were familiar with Aloha and they needed something that had the power and stability to support his high volume operations.
This new restaurant is located in a building on 300 South and 300 East that was built in 1906. It was completely renovated by owner David Harries, himself an Aloha user at his Vinto Restaurants in Salt Lake and Park City, and will at some time include a separate nightclub and market.
Current is a great addition to Salt Lake’s dining scene so next time you are in need of some seafood, give Current a try!Share
