We are excited to welcome the newest member of the Utah Aloha family with Rustler’s Restaurant in Tropic.  This is in the heart of scenic southern Utah and serves a wide range of home-style cooking for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Rustler’s had tried several different POS systems including an iPad/cloud configuration.  However they soon found that a cloud service couldn’t provide them with the stability and features that they needed for their restaurant.  If the “cloud” went down, it brought a complete halt to their operations.

When they looked at alternatives, they found that only Aloha had stability, functionality and especially the “redundancy” in credit card processing that would allow them to make sure their restaurant was functioning at all times.
